Verification of candidates and employees

The ICS “X-SCIF” system can also be used to check the reliability of candidates for employment and employee loyalty to the company and job satisfaction.

Candidate verification can be carried out in 2 stages:

1. Testing the moral and ethical qualities of the individual;
2. Checking and evaluating the information specified in the standardized candidate/employee questionnaire (Microsoft Word file) and forming a standardized conclusion on the candidate.

The first stage is carried out using the MIDOT testing system. Information about the system and the manufacturing company are given in Appendix 1.

Tested to get acquainted with a short instruction.

After that, by pressing the “Start test” button, enter the test program using a one-time password.

Testing lasts no more than 20 minutes and can be done remotely. The only requirement is an Internet connection.

In addition, the system provides a list of recommended questions, which the examiner can further clarify in an oral conversation with the candidate.

At the second stage, candidates who have received positive test results are asked to fill out the candidate questionnaire, which is an ordinary file in the format of the most common text editor “Microsoft WORD”, the use of which does not cause difficulties for most candidates today.

The information specified in it is automatically recognized and can be checked by the system for the compliance of the provided data and the presence of stop factors. The standard result can be issued automatically by analogy with the pre-scoring system.

Advanced result – upon request in the form of a file according to the standard template “Preliminary conclusion on the candidate”.
