Main characteristics

• Monitoring of a large number of sources (as of 01.01.2024, more than 15,000 sources, the flow of information exceeds 100,000 documents per day);
• Territorial coverage – Russian and Ukrainian-language editions of Ukraine, Russia and other countries of the near and far abroad (at the request of the customer, any site available on the Internet can be covered);
• The archive of publications has been maintained continuously since 1996 and currently consists of more than 100 million documents;
• Archive of general and biographical references of more than 600,000 documents;
• Archive of own press reviews and news strips since 2002;
• On-line and off-line access to information resources.

Advantages

• Coverage of sources. The user has access to news on the topic that interests him, simultaneously from a large number of Web sites, including the selected ones that he is used to viewing every day.
• The principle of “one hand”. The user of the monitoring system has access to information from many websites from one intuitive interface.
• Anonymity. Neither on the user’s computer, nor in the logs of WEB sites, there are no traces of work with the system.
• Search capabilities. News websites, unlike the monitoring system, do not always have advanced search capabilities.
• Availability of retrospective fund. The user has access to the archive of mass media messages, which has been maintained since 1996 and is one of the most complete among existing electronic archives in Ukraine.
• Availability of powerful analytical tools. The user can not only receive search results in real time, but also automatically form reviews, digests, build story chains, analyze the relationship of headings, dynamics and ratings of concepts in the mass media, etc.
• Availability of an “extraction” toolkit – automatic selection of such concepts and entities from articles as persons, companies, organizations, addresses, telephones, accounts, e-mail addresses, cars, events, which can be stored in the X-Files’ own factual data bank, compared and identified with objects previously entered there
