Main characteristics
The use of the system involves the following stages of checking the counterparty:
- assessment of the client’s economic solvency based on the information provided to them;
- automatic check on the data bank, aimed at checking the compliance of the information provided by the borrower and detecting possible fraud attempts by unscrupulous borrowers;
- detailed verification of the counterparty, whose application has passed all previous stages.
Unconditional and conditional stop factors can be used to assess the reliability of the borrower/counterparty or his guarantor. (These parameters are configurable).
Examples of possible unconditional stop factors:
- Presentation of a passport, the series and number of which is considered a lost document.
- Providing information that has obvious inconsistencies:
- TIN does not comply with the rules of its formation;
- upon checking in the security database, this TIN is missing or belongs to another person;
- A person has more than 2 personal identification numbers.
- The person goes through the financial monitoring lists;
- Availability of reliable information about the dishonesty of the borrower/guarantor from other financial, trade or other institutions:

- Unscrupulous borrowers;
- Black sheets;
- Lists of persons who have committed fraud in trading or manufacturing companies.
- The person is wanted.
- The person was brought to administrative responsibility more than three times.
- The person has repeatedly committed criminal offenses.
- The person committed criminal offenses with a selfish orientation.
- The person committed criminal offenses of a violent nature.
- Negative business reputation of a legal entity affiliated with the borrower, where the borrower/relative/guarantor is the manager or founder:

- the company is bankrupt or is at the stage of bankruptcy,
- the case of liquidation of the enterprise is considered in the commercial court;
- the company goes through financial monitoring lists;
- there is information about the company’s non-fulfillment of its contractual obligations, mentions in blacklists, etc.
