The publication is devoted to issues related to information and socio-legal modeling, its theoretical foundations, relevant information processes, technologies, systems in the legal and social spheres.
The purpose of the manual is to form a system of theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the methodology of professional activity in informational and socio-legal modeling, forecasting, and design as a basis for the application of modeling technologies in the scientific justification of the need to regulate the most important socio-legal issues. Theoretical materials are structured in sequence with the logic of their assimilation and use of legal, information, software and technical categories, methods and tools in practical activities.
